Good Location,near to railway station & rtc complex also nearby shopping centers. Hotel is very spacious with all amenities. Staff are very helpful and kind nature. For new comers especially this hotel is very good.

Truth be told, I never expected my stay to be great because of the price I paid. It is one of the best budget hotels that I have stayed at. The rooms were good, spa even better! The location is decent and the staff was courteous enough to make it a pleasant experience for us.

Possibly the worst hotel in terms of service and staff behaviour ever experienced Hotel location is good The rooms are neat and clean Only tea bags present inside the room , no sugar or milk powder Restaurant not available in the hotel , food is brought from outside by the hotel staff Food menu very limited At the time of booking it was confirmed breakfast is complimentary , at the time of billing it was charged and included in the bill , at last after lot of argument it was excluded Only 2 puris offered as complimentry , even a baby will remain hungry after having that One cup of tea costs Rs 30/- , cant understand the reason for such high price and the rate is not mentioned in the menu card On the last day of our booking ,since our train was at midnight hence we did not stay till the next day morning check out time , at 11 o clock in the night , one hotel staff asked us to vacate the room since the next guests are waiting , even though our booking was till next day morning This is the worst experience , Except one hotel staff named Shankar all staff are not at all fit to even speak to boarders, specifically considering the lovely place Vizag

This is a hotel made at one single floor. may be around 10-12 rooms, not very spacious but clean beds. Bath is compact. Kettle and tea bags were old and dusty when asked to replace they said they don't provide it any more. Breakfast is served at the room just limited, no choice to make other than veg nonveg. There is a shopping complex next building with good restaurants and outlets to shop with. Staff is uneducated, don't u derstand Hindi here. Only thing good here is the spa, decent educated and well experienced staff there and it is not very expensive too. This certainly isn't a leisure hotel or like others, it's like you are caged on a floor, but for a transit it's fine.
